Rates

• All rates are quoted in US$ and are subject to change without prior notice
• 6-night minimum stay requirement during high/peak season periods
• Rates include welcome drinks, fruit basket and government tax

Reservation / Payments

• 50% deposit and a completed reservation confirmation form are required to confirm your reservation and must be received within 2 weeks of your confirmation
• Balance of payment shall be done by bank transfer before arrival OR cash settlement upon arrival.

Cancellation / Refunds

• Deposit will be refunded in full less USD 200.- if the reservation is cancelled 61 days prior to departure. Reservations cancelled less than 61 days prior to departure are subject to forfeiture of deposit
• Final payments are non-refundable
